Vietnam Rise officially opens applications for the Fellowship Program 2026: ‘Elevating leaders: nurturing inner strength, creating a future’
In our continual quest to create sustainable change for the future, Rise is pleased to announce the launch of Fellowship Rise Season 2 for 2026. This program is our round of scholarships for leaders in social movements and a core part of Rise’s civil society building in Vietnam. This year’s theme is ‘elevating leaders: nurturing inner strength, creating a future.’
We are opening the doors for determined individuals who are community and community activists as well as group leaders to build inner strength and knowledge to enhance their potential. The program also encourages individuals currently running community programs who possess a spirit of commitment and a strong desire to create values conducive to a sustainable Vietnamese society.
The awardees will participate in a six-month intensive journey with a range of support packages including one-on-one coaching, 15 million VND stipend, a series of in-depth training sessions led by experts, and team-building activities for sharing and connection. The program is designed to transform individual potential into inner strength through the following core pillars.

Applications for fellows open from 15/12/2026 and we will finalise recipients on 31/01/2026.
